We ask that you contact us at least 4 weeks prior to your event. In some cases we can book last minute events. Upon booking the event we will need to know the exact venue location and time, and the set up area that you would like us to be. We will require a 8×8 table and a power source. We would prefer to be in an area that will not disturb the event. In most cases venues are generally dark or dimly lit, in which case we will set up a lighting system to ensure the best picture quality possible.
We will travel upon request but these appointments will incur a traveling fee.
Upon booking the event, we will mail or E mail a contract whichever is preferred. We require a 50% deposit upon return of the contract and the rest to be paid in full 1 week prior to the event. |
